As a key member of Rural Alive and Well (RAW), Lauren works tirelessly to build healthy communities, particularly focusing on the unique challenges faced by rural populations.
Driven by a desire to create meaningful connections and support networks, Lauren is known for her compassionate and empathetic approach to work.
Her work with RAW extends beyond traditional roles, having played a large leadership roles over the past 17 years in not for profits and community organisations providing leadership and guidance across various community events and fundraisers which have supported local and national groups foster a sense of belonging and empower their purpose-driven mission.
Outside of her passion for people and community, Lauren finds energy from friends, renovating her house, sports, board games and any form of competition.
